The First Doctoral School at the Medical University of Gdańsk is an organised form of education in the following disciplines: medical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences and health sciences.

The Doctoral School Board operates as the part of the Doctoral School. It consists of the Director of the First Doctoral School and his three Deputies, the chairpersons of the three aforementioned Disciplines or their elected Deputies, Deans or the appointed Deputy Deans involved in the implementation of the doctoral education, as well as representatives of the Ph.D. Student Council.
